How do I start the employment process?

You are welcome to fill out an online Candidate profile or call and speak with an Hire Calling representative. After an initial interview, a skills assessment, and a reference check, you will be contacted regarding any interviews or job openings that we feel are suitable for your experience and interests.




Should I send a resume to Hire Calling ?

Hire Calling encourages Candidates to send their resumes to the Branch closest to the business community in which they want to work. Please refer to our Resume Tips section for insight on your resume.

How soon will I be put to work?

You will be put to work as soon as we identify a suitable position available that matches your talents, strengths, and needs.

How much will I be paid?

Your salary will be determined when an appropriate position is identified and you have spoken with a Hire Calling representative about your salary requirements. In general, you can expect your salary to be competitive in the market based on the skills required for your employment.
